In order to preserve the townscape, our hotel is a renovated wooden townhouse built in the late Meiji and Taisho periods.
Therefore, the soundproofing and insulation are not perfect.Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
Please let us know in advance if you are coming by car, as the number of parking spaces is limited.

Dining is available at the adjacent AUBERGE Sakuraya or at the Gathering Course.

Guests are welcome to visit our sister hotel, Hotel Ofutei.
Please check in at the front desk of Hotel Ofutei. and we will show you where you will be staying.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. (last check-in at 9:00 p.m.).
*Please check in by 6:00 p.m. for dinner plan.
After check-in, you will be transferred to the accommodation building.
There is no parking lot at Hotel's Villa, SHIGAKUTEI.
Guests arriving by car will park at the Hotel ofutei.
Please enjoy the emotional townscape of Tomonoura as you drive to and from the hotel.
There is no restaurant in the building of the Shiomachi Hotel Villa SHIGAKUTEI.
Dining is available at the adjacent AUBERGE Sakuraya or at the Gathering Course.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please relax and enjoy your stay.
Please hand over your room key to our staff when you check out.
Guests using the shuttle bus will be picked up at Hotel Ofutei and Fukuyama Station.
