Please note that the check-in procedures at our hotel are different from those at the hotel where you will be staying.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete check-in procedures at our sister hotel, Hotel Ofutei.
Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 21:00.
*Please check in by 18:00 for those on the dinner plan.

Is there parking available?
Hotel parking is available free of charge for guests. Please contact us in advance if you are coming by car. Please stop by the front desk first so that we can guide you to the parking lot.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and guest rooms.
Do you have barrier-free rooms?
In order to preserve the townscape, our hotel is operated by renovating historic buildings and old private houses, which are not barrier-free. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by differences in stairs or room entrances.
What amenities are available in the rooms?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, razor, toothbrush, comb, etc. are provided. Please see the room page for details.
Can I use the Internet in my room?
Yes. Free wireless LAN Internet (Wi-Fi) access is available throughout the hotel.
Are there bathrooms and toilets in the guest rooms?
All rooms are equipped with a bath and western style toilet.(Separate bath and toilet)

What kind of food is Gathering?
This is a semi-self-service dinner plan that allows you to enjoy a variety of creative Japanese dishes delivered to your room refrigerator in advance and finalize them by yourself in your room without any hesitation.

A variety of authentic dishes prepared by the hotel's Japanese chef will be delivered to your room refrigerator in advance, including seasonal appetizers, carpaccio of fresh fish from the Setouchi area, seasonal hot dishes, special aqua pazza, meat dishes, and seasonal desserts.
This is a semi-self-service dinner plan that allows guests to take out the dishes from the refrigerator and place them on the table, heat them up with the cooking utensils in the induction kitchen in the guest room, or cook steaks in a frying pan, or finish and set the table by themselves.

*To make it quick and easy for guests who do not normally cook, our staff will provide you with a written explanation (final cooking manual) with pictures upon your arrival.
*There is no need to wash dishes after serving.
*No staff will visit your room for dinner.
Do you have beverages available for the Gathering meal?
Beverages are not provided in the rooms. Please prepare your own drinks.
I have allergies, can you help me?
Please be sure to indicate any food items to which you are allergic.

*Please inform us at least 3 days in advance. We will not be able to accommodate your request on the day of the event.
*Please indicate if you are allergic to soup stock, extracts, binders, processed foods, seasonings, etc.
*Example: 1 adult male is allergic to prawns (excluding soup stock / no problem with other crustaceans)
Do you have a children's meal menu?

If there are rooms available on the date you wish, it is possible to rent an entire building. Please feel free to contact us.
Can I stay at the hotel with my child?
Siomachi Hotel is operated in a renovated old private house, so we ask that guests of junior high school age and older stay at the hotel. Some rooms are available for children of elementary school age and older. Please feel free to inquire.

  1. The percentages signify the rate of cancellation charge to the Basic Accommodation Charges.
  2. When the number of days contract ed is shortened, the cancellation charge for its first day shall be paid by the Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
  3. When part of a group booking (for 15 persons or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charge shall not be charged for the number of persons equivalent to 10% of the number of persons booked as of 10 days prior to the occupancy (when accepted less than 10 days prior to the occupancy, as of the date) with fractions counted as a whole number.
